My traumatic birth affected my mental health but I don't think I have PTSD symptoms. Would EMDR still be helpful?

People react in lots of different ways following  a trauma, some people develop PTSD and others struggle with their mental health in a different way. EMDR can help you process memories associated with stressful and traumatic experiences to help you feel less affected by them. Research shows that EMDR can be helpful for a range of different mental health presentations
